Oven cook FROM DEFROST: Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 6 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Temperature: Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 200°C Time: 15-20 mins

Cooking Instructions GENERAL: For best results always cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Place the rolls evenly on a baking tray, seal side down in centre of a pre-heated oven.
